Puritan CK395 is a 36ft Aldous smack built in 1892.

Puritan is currently owned by the daughter of the late Johnny Milgate. After being finished at Hollowshore in June 2021, she was sailed back home to her mooring in West Mersea.

PURITAN at John Milgate’s boatyard, Peldon. She was in danger of being burnt and so Mike Frost burnt off the paint – and started John Milgate on the path of restoring her.
September 2019 the PURITAN was moved to the shed at the Hard.
